Walls were uneven and cracking. I leveled and smooth out walls during preparation for paint.

This home was painted in 2015.

Me and my Friend Manny painted this house. We needed to rent a 40’ ladder for the peaks.

Tile hardwood floor was installed over concrete. Trimmed out and painted.

I used SuperPaint Interior Latex with Sanitizing Technology from Sherwin Williams on this job.

Entire house was power washed, caulked, primed and painted.

I painted the front door and replaced bottom window trim. The entrance to this house looks great!

New gutters did not get painted, only siding trim and doors. This paint job should last a good ten years.

Brand new garage door needed a change of color. Spraying garage doors is the only way to paint this brand new door to give it the fine finish coat of paint it needs.

Bathroom cabinets can be painted to look just like new.

Ceilings, walls, window frames were painted in this project. Minor plaster repair was done to the far back wall.

After 1978 lead paint was banned. Old houses that have extensive peeling paint need extra attention.

Estate Gray shingles were used for this new roof.

I recommend to spray any high end expensive front door to get the fine finish paint job. It looks much better than a brush and roll application. It looks smooth and clean now!
